“We are delighted to retain our third spot and to have seen a significant rise in figures in 2008. Here at Edinburgh Bus Tours, we know the best way to see Edinburgh is on an open-top bus and our 24 hour ticket allows visitors to the City the chance to explore everything Edinburgh has on offer. It’s encouraging that, after a challenging year with poor weather in the height of the summer, we have seen a rise in visitors and have retained a place in the top 3 of ’s paid attractions.
“The 2009 season has started well with a sunny Easter, so we are hopeful for a bumper summer if the weather keeps smiling on our open-top buses! We have introduced a range of incentives for tour staff – our greatest asset – to encourage excellent customer service and top ticket sales.”
