The information offices where Barcelone e-tickets can be exchanged are located at the following addresses:

Open: daily from 9am to 9pm

Plaça de Sant Jaume

Open: Monday-Friday from 9am to 8pm
Saturday from 10am to 8pm
Sunday and holidays from 10am to 2pm

Estació de Sants (hall)
Pl. Països Catalans, s/n
Open: Mon-Fri from 8am to 8pm
Sat, Sun and holidays from 8am to 2pm
24/6-24/9: daily from 8am to 8pm Airport.

Airport Terminals A and B
Open: daily from 9am to 9pm

Cabina Estació Nord (bus station)
Ali-bei, 80
Open: October-June: daily from 9am to 3pm
July-September: daily from 9am to 9pm

All information points are closed on 1/1 and 25/12.
