City Sightseeing is the number one open top tour operator in Liverpool, it
encompasses an educational tour around the sights of Liverpool in a clean, bright, fun, recognisable bus. The tour departs every thirty minutes and each tour lasts
one hour the tour encompasses 12 stops starting at the famous Liver Buildings,
between stops you can experience sights like the war museum in Chapel Street
or remain on the tour and visit Matthew Street, the home of the Cavern Club
where the Beatles played. Sir Thomas Street will offer the customer the chance
to experience the Conservation Centre and its diverse collections.
Please Note: Stop 7, as shown on the 2010 tour brochures, is suspended and has had to be moved due to a major road closure that will be in force until the end of the season. Diversion : After Stop 6 the tour will now travel right into Clarence Street – left into Mount Pleasant – right on to Hope Street and the new Stop 7 is located opposite the Philharmonic Dining Rooms at 36 Hope Street.
