* Select Install to install the app

You can also download the app to your computer and transfer it to your iPhone later using a data cable or wireless (WiFi or Bluetooth).

Mobile App - Tour Information
- Tap 'Search' to search for a tour. You can search using your current location by GPS or choose a City.
- Select the tour you are interested in and take the steps to the tour information page.
- From the tour information page you can gain information about the city and the tour, browse through images, use GPS to find your nearest bus stop and visit external links for more things to do in the city.

Mobile App - Booking
- Tap 'Book' to book your chosen tour.
- Select your date of travel, passengers and number of tickets.
- Fill in your information - Name, Email address where the voucher will be sent and a contact number. Next you will need to fill in your Billing address. These details will be saved to make future bookings quicker and easier when booking a tour through the City Sightseeing App .
- Payment - Fill in your credit card details for your booking. Please note we do not store any credit card details.
- Tap 'Book' again to complete the booking. You can find the details of your booking behind the 'My Bookings' tab.
- Your voucher will be emailed to you, please print and present to the friendly staff at stop 1 in your chosen tour location.

Mobile App - Guides
- Select the 'Guides' tab and the tap on your chosen tour to download the guide.
- You will be prompted to select 'Yes' or 'No' to download the tour guide if one is available.
- Once downloaded you can then check if there is more than one route for the tour, select a bus stop number to see what places of interest are nearby and see where they are plotted on the map.
- Select a place of interest to view information, images and where it is located on the map in relation to the bus stop and other places of interest.
- The Guides are regularly updated with new Places of Interest. To see the up to date information you will need to swipe your finger across the downloaded guide until the 'Delete' button appears. To refresh the Guides information you will need to tap Delete and download the guide again.
- We welcome your photo's and information to add to our guides and places of interest for fellow travellers in the City Sightseeing community.
- If you try to download a guide and receive the following message - "Your tour guide was unsuccessful. Please try again." this means that the Guide is currently being updated and we recommend you try to download the guide again after a couple of days.

Mobile App - Community
- Select the 'Postcard' tab and tap the plus signs to add your picture and text.
- Tap Next and enter tags or keywords which describe your picture. This section is optional.
- Enter the Email you wish to send the postcard to and you own email address. If you haven't signed up to the community before sending your image you will be sent a password to use on the website community, as well as confirmation of sending your postcard.
- Tap Next again to send your postcard, you will then receive a pop up message to say whether your postcard was successful or not.
- Navigate to the Community page of the website.
- If you initially sent a postcard from your phone, retrieve your Login credentials from the confirmation email. You may then login to the Community to create further postcards, upload images, create diary entries and make friends with other community members.
- If you have not sent a postcard before, you can create an account online first from the Community home page.
- All postcards that are sent will be available to view on the community pages. You can view other members postcards and the location they were sent from on the community map.
- We welcome your photo's and information to add to our guides and places of interest for fellow travellers in the City Sightseeing community.
