Open Kiev sign up to ticketing deal!
Ukrainian open top bus operator - Open Kiev - have recently signed up to an exclusive ticketing deal with City Sightseeing. This brings the number of tours on offer by the World's biggest open top bus operator to 97.
This exclusive deal was struck at the City Sightseeing operators conference in Palma de Mallorca and it is hoped that Open Kiev will adopt the full branding concept by the end of the year. Speaking about the new operation, Iain Coupar - City Sightseeing's Head of Franchise said:
"We've been working on this one for a few months now and I'm now pleased that Open Kiev have joined us. The Ukraine and the City of Kiev is an emerging market and what with some of the EURO 2012 games being played in the City it will certainly give their tourism a huge boost."
Natalie Utkina of Open Kiev added:
"We are very excited about our partnership and we are confident that being part of the City Sightseeing family will help both our business and the promotion of Kiev as a destination whilst giving City Sightseeing another key location."
