The warmer weather has arrived and not only has it heralded earlier sunrises and longer days but it also brings with it the re-opening of the City Sightseeing Night Tour - the only one of its kind in South Africa and an experience not to be missed!
Cape Town is beautiful by day, and absolutely magical on a warm summers night, as the stars light your way through the Mother City with Table Mountain lit up as a spectacular back drop.
The Night Tour, running from 20 September until 06 May 2013, starts at the V&A Waterfront (Stop 1), with the bus departing at 18h00 until 14 March, when it will then begin departing a bit earlier at 17h30 (until 06 May). Taking you past all the best night attractions, the bus stops at Signal Hill to watch the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean – so remember to bring along a picnic basket with snacks and sundowners.
