We offer 2 ways of linking into our web site to make sales kindly noting that both these options will convert all tours into GBP. Plus we offer a direct XML feed to provide tour information and images to sell through your own website / booking engine.
 

1. Agent Web Programme

You will be issued with a secure log in and password to access our website. This will be your unique ‘back office” area, where you will be able to book tours and access statistical reports. You or your staff can print dual branded vouchers to pass onto your clients, giving you the flexibility to choose how you interact with your own clients and what payment arrangements you wish to make with them. Kindly note that all transactions are converted to GBP

2. Web Affiliate Programme

Place a link on your website to create a “white label” pop up window embedded into your consumer web site offering your customers instant access to our booking engine for City Sightseeing Tours around the World. All bookings are managed by our secure, encrypted system. Customers can use ‘Print@Home’ ticketing system for secure delivery and redemption of tickets. We absorb all charges including the banking gateway, you receive a statement and full payment each period end. When the transaction is completed your customer will always be returned to your website. OFFLINE:
 

1. Use pre-printed vouchers purchased in advance

City Sightseeing secure branded tickets incorporating an anti fraud hologram image and printed on watermarked paper - are available in books of fifty, each coded and numbered consecutively. This enables us to ascertain the source of the ticket as well as the date of issue and the date received, making for a highly secure issuing process. Books are supplied location specific.

2. Use pre-printed tickets and pay on redemption

City Sightseeing branded tickets are available in books of fifty, each coded and numbered consecutively. Books are supplied unspecified to a particular location unless instructed differently.

3. Produce your own voucher**
 

Incorporate City Sightseeing tours into your own ticketing system. Using your own vouchers, the format of which must be agreed at the outset, then given to your clients to be exchanged locally on the bus for a dated/timed tour ticket. We invoice on confirmed bookings that you would advise us of by e-mail and on vouchers redeemed and returned. Vouchers are returned to our offices in the UK and your Invoice is collated and sent monthly with a spreadsheet of voucher numbers/passenger details.

HOW ARE VOUCHERS REDEEMED?
 

The vouchers, whether produced by you or by us, function as exchange vouchers. No pre-booking is required other than for groups over 20 people. When the customer hands the voucher over to a member of our staff we will provide them with a standard bus tour ticket that will show the date and precise time of issue. Customers are then free to use the hop on hop off facility for the validity of your ticket as shown on the specific tour information as supplied.

By contracting your tours through City Sightseeing Worldwide we ensure our agents receive the very best rates and great service. Instead of having 100 contracts and 100 contacts you have just one - making your administration time minimal and, in the unlikely hood of something going wrong for your customers, we will work to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. Also by contracting through the sales and marketing department, you will receive added value tours and discounts that are exclusive to us.

All our tours are essentially sold on a Free sale basis and follow a basic model of being Open Top double deck bus tour with Commentaries and 24-hour hop on, hop off tickets (although, as always, there are the odd exceptions to this).
